If only 1 or 2 people need training, offsite training is the way to go because it is less expensive than onsite training.
During training, the instructor walks users through each topic, shows tips and tricks, answers any questions that come up,
and ensures that each user can successfully complete training exercises and run reports,
leaving users comfortable and confident with the software. With offsite training, interruptions are kept to a minimum because attendees are away from the plant. Another advantage of offsite training is the knowledge gained from working with classmates from other plants by learning how other plants take advantage of their software.
